Flash Bugs Studio | Terms & Conditions

Registration

Our classes fill up rapidly, so we urge you to pre-register for all classes. We do not accept “walk-ins” or students who would like to try a class once. Please plan to pay ahead, online, or in person prior to your child’s art class. All classes must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Arrivals

Parents/ caregivers should bring the child to the door to check-in and expect to drop off and pick up the child. If there is an extenuating circumstance where the child needs a parent to stay, accommodations must be made prior to the date of the class. All guardians must accompany toddlers (ages 3 and under) for the duration of the class.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your class. The door to our home is on the opposite end of the art studio. Due to safety concerns, we cannot leave unattended children in the art studio to answer the door for late students. Please contact us (via text 708-860-5657) if you are running late so we can make accommodations.

Cancellations & Refunds

All classes at Flash Bugs Studio have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please notify Flash Bugs Studio if you wish to cancel or reschedule an art class within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. If you miss the 24-hour period a refund will be issued as a class credit. Class credits can be used for the amount paid for the class and go towards a class of the same or higher value. Class credits must be used within a year of cancellation.

Class Minimum

All classes at Flash Bugs Studio are subject to cancellations if enrollment minimums are not fulfilled. If a class is unable to fulfill the minimum enrollment, you will be notified 2-3 days before the scheduled class date via email. Students will then receive a full refund for any cancelled classes. Please note the importance of registering your child in a timely manner so classes may run accordingly.
